Rude DMV Representatives. I called to see if my husband, a citizen of the EU, could transfer his license or if he'd need to take the test, the representative in the Kennebunk office on the phone cut me off and did not allow me to finish asking questions and was incredibly rude, the one in Springvale has helpful and kind representatives. Kennebunk could take a lesson from them. There's no excuse for not allowing people to finishing asking their questions when it's your job.

Hated the driver test person was very rude

I went there when it wasn't busy and the first woman I spoke with was wonderful. I forgot my passport and had to return. Upon my return it was still a quick process. The second woman I dealt with was angry and a terrible customer rep in general. Quick process overall

Evidently they are under pressure as the tone of the person I was talking with on the phone was impatient from the first word. I am sorry I called and still don't understand my options after I asked my question. No better off in answers and feel worse for the experience.

The wait was long, but I expected this so I had no problem there. Sadly, the woman working was incredibly rude and not very helpful at all. I got what I needed but it was by far the most unpleasant experience I've ever had at the DMV and also the worst license picture I've ever had. I'm sure the upset state of mind the woman put me in didn't help.

I'm blaming the State government "led" by LePage.
