Went at low tide. Excellent hard packed sand for walking. Lots of friendly dogs to interact with.
Gorgeous beach, not as packed as Mother's Beach during tourist season. In town trolley service is awesome to avoid the lack of parking availability, even with a resident sticker. Highly recommend it.
My favorite dog friendly beach! Pooches love Gooch's! Always lots of friendly dogs with their owners. I love the fact that dogs can be off leash too!
Good for swimming and lovely beach, you can walk out to the island and explore. One of My favorite beaches in Maine. Downside was parking ticket, few minutes late cost $50 .
Great place to walk the dog after too much turkey on thanksgiving.
