We were here in early August, 2016. Good location, but a tremendously ill-informed staff takes a bunch of stars away. We were advised to paddle board upstream at low tide, and, not being a local, followed their instructions. The problem? At low tide, the upstream area into which we were advised to go was barely ankle deep. Our boards repeatedly hit rocks, and there were many spots where there was no waterway deep enough to navigate through. We simply shouldn't have been allowed to head out at that time at all. Definitely felt like they wanted their sale over providing an enjoyable customer experience

Friendly and knowledgeable staff for bike rental. Don't worry that they may not pick up their phone. They suggested a great path for our mixed youthful-old fart group. Good rates.
